Sooo, HRC, Obama, and (drumroll....) Sam Brownback have all declared for 2008. Brownback's promises include never signing a tax increase and the usual "culture of life" blah blah blah. And another thing -who the heck are all these "activists judges" he's complaining about? No one ever gets named, but I picture a gang of men stealing around shadows late at night with letters on their black robes, whacking people with their law books.
HRC, to the point. "I'm in to win". Why else would you be in?
How bout a Clinton-Obama ticket to best the McCain dream team? Her choice of running mate will be key, it's got to be someone immensely likeable and one who appeals to a completely different constituency. John Edwards, always a bridesmaid, does not count.
Eagerly awaiting Dennis Kucinich's announcement, myself.
