Les Highlights de Barbados

...as though it were a French island. Only a few pics until the girls load em onto flickr (of course I remembered my camera cord, but not my camera) but a few good memories:

-early mornings in our room at the Crane, before anyone was awake, with all the windows open and the perfect breeze coming off the ocean

-driving "cross country" through the interior on the left side of the road in a teal green Moke with no doors or windows

-rum punches at the Mojo with all the pictures of Bob Marley
-Accra beach in the late afternoon, laying in two inches of lapping water
-boogie boarding the Atlantic-side waves and finding seaweed in our suits an hour later, while Andrea schooled a Bajan kid in footie

-the stars over Crane Beach, trying to figure out if the planet was Venus and debating whether it is planets or satellites that don't twinkle
-dressed up with all the girls, our heels sinking into the grass on a cliff overlooking the ocean, waiting for the bride to arrive...
